Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Organize warehouse inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for inventory scanning and logging.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
