Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on inventory and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and writing skills for following safety logs and instructions.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
