Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly to prevent damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including shipping logs and inventory sheets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
