Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse storage areas to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Assist with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (forklift license) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and safety checks.
