Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Organize and stack inventory with precision to maintain strict warehouse safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and operational procedures.
