Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets with precision and care to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and log shipments in the warehouse management system.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (required).
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
