Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse setting
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with inventory management and organization of stock
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide full training!
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license (not required for forklift operation)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer)
