Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train! (Must pass background/drug screen)
- Valid state-issued ID or driver’s license
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to 6am-10am/2pm-6pm shifts
