Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before use and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring aisles and storage areas are clear.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against packing lists or warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift certification (training provided if no prior experience).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
