Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and retrieve products while maintaining accurate stock records.
- Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring goods are secured for transport.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We offer on-the-job training for certified forklift operators.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers.
