Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized goods in warehouse environment
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to company safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced setting
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
