Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory documentation and ensure accurate stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent safety hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with warehouse audits and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed for overtime
