Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Assist with warehouse organization and general facility upkeep
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
