Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
- Support warehouse reorganization and seasonal inventory projects
- Train on new material handling technologies as company evolves
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Oregon driver's license required
