Responsibilities
- Operate electric and diesel forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company policies, are strictly followed.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure operational safety and functionality.
- Assist in organizing stock rooms and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
