Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock according to established safety protocols.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and comprehend shipping documents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
