Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets of goods efficiently
- Load/unload trucks following safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist in general warehouse housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
