Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, stack, and stage product.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Move freight, materials, and equipment throughout the facility efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and free of hazards to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging work and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work part-time shifts as scheduled.
