Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution center
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management system (WMS) data entry
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
