Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Support cross-functional departments during high-demand periods
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year prior forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends for overtime shifts
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
