Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for outbound delivery with zero errors
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Document all transactions in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
