Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products with zero-damage accuracy
- Maintain detailed inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Prepare orders for shipment following strict cold-chain protocols
- Perform routine equipment safety checks and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in cold environments (32-40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
