Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and sort raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and per OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and manual counts
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Uphold strict 5S standards for workplace organization and safety
- Assist with cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow written procedures
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings during peak seasons
