Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily pre-operation checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Update inventory systems using warehouse management software
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs
