Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment using proper packaging techniques
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas with FIFO inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ months warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
