Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones with optimal space utilization
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications ensuring order accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
