Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship refrigerated food products
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Maintain organized inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital inventory counts using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Arctic Industrial Way
