Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Pick and pack orders for timely fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in RF scanner technology and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays as needed
