Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment with strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and storage efficiency
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Uphold 5S standards to ensure organized, hazard-free work environment
- Support cycle count processes and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and flexible weekday/weekend availability
