Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and package raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report defects
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and hazard-free workspaces
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Madison facility
