- Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized inventory zones with proper labeling
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report equipment hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Document transactions in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evening/weekend shifts
