Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to priority
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
