Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory levels in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to off-site industrial location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
