Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management system
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, labelers, scales) safely
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial area of Fresno
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
