Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and label printers
- Verify product details and quantities against packing lists to prevent errors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order status and track inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy-focused work ethic
- Basic math skills for counting and verification tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
