Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders with precision using established procedures
- Verify product quality, quantities, and documentation before shipment
- Operate packing equipment (label printers, scanners, box sealers) safely
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Northeast Minneapolis facility
