Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and damage prevention
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our facility at 123 Industrial Parkway
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
