Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy before shipment
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Arch Street facility
- Availability for flexible shifts (evenings/weekends required)
