Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and pack customer orders using packing lists and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging before shipment
- Scan and label packages with tracking information and shipping details
- Maintain clean and organized workstation to ensure efficient workflow
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, tape dispensers, and conveyors
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate timely order dispatch
- Participate in inventory counts and warehouse audits as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
