Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and prepare items for safe shipment, including proper labeling and boxing
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings/afternoons
- Reliable transportation to our North Charlotte facility
