Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment preparation
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Update inventory systems and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Scottsdale facility
