Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, box cutters) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory documentation
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and drug screening
