Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers, label printers, and box sealers
- Maintain organized inventory in designated storage areas and zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
