Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyor belts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 4-6 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (mornings/afternoons available)
