Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, label printers) efficiently and safely
- Maintain organized warehouse workspace and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to prioritize time-sensitive orders
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
