Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal customer orders using proper materials and techniques
- Scan and label packages with tracking information for shipment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, scales) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings/weekends
- Background check and drug screening required
