Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer order tickets and pick lists with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure only quality items are shipped.
- Label packages correctly with appropriate shipping tags, addresses, and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and moving pallets using hand trucks or pallet jacks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for part-time shifts (including weekends if required).
