Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality, damage, and correct specifications.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all 5S safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and workflow targets.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory stock in designated storage areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but preferred for on-site roles).
- Reliable transportation and availability for part-time shifts.
