Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack merchandise according to order specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quality and quantity before shipping
- Maintain organized workstations and clean inventory zones
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our facility in Los Angeles
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday seasons
