Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and perform cycle counts using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error tolerance
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging equipment
- Complete daily reports and maintain digital inventory records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
